What is happiness?🤔
Happiness is an internal feeling that only you can bring for yourself. 🤗I believe that true happiness is enjoying your company and living in peace and harmony with your body, soul, and mind.💆Happiness makes us stay healthy both mentally and physically.💪
Happiness differs from person to person.👥 Different people have different perceptions and conceptions of being happy. Even if it differs from person to person Happiness is an essential feature of human life.😊 Without it, life will be meaningless.❓It is not possible at all for a person to live their lives without joy and Happiness.😃
There is a common phrase that says: “Money cannot buy happiness.” For some people find it false.😵Every day we see and meet people who look happy on the outside but deep down they are broken and sad on the inside. 😓They consider happiness with wealth.🤑 But this is not right, I don't agree with that because we can't measure a feeling with money. Always a feeling is more priceless than wealth.😁
❤There are ways to attract and make happiness last long
1.Be Content
2.Live in Present
3.Be Thankful
4.Develop Positive Thoughts
5.Surround Yourself with Positive People
As a Buddhist,☸️I can say happiness and sorrow are our own responsibility and completely within us.🤗Buddhism follows happiness by using knowledge and practice to achieve mental equanimity.🧘♀️In Buddhist teachings, equanimity, or peace of mind, is achieved by detaching oneself from the cycle of craving that produces dukkha.
I know happiness is desired by every person. 🙂You, me, we all want happiness. But being happy isn't easy right?😖We have to be positive and believe in ourselves.🫂I hope you will find the key of happiness easily and will smile more to show everyone that you make yourselves happy and you are way lot stronger today than you were yesterday.😍
